User warranties

  2. Pretend to be IPer or someone else.
  3. Pretend to be associated with IPer.

  6. Act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to use our sites or connect to us by using electronic means.

  9. Collect or store personal data about other users unless specifically authorized by such users.
You also represent and warrant that you understand:

  1. Sending emails that cause alarm or distress is an offence under the "Protection from Harassment Act 1997".
  2. Sending unsolicited emails that in any way promote or market any goods or services is an offence under section 22 of "The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003".
  3. Sending emails that cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety is an offence under section 127 of the "Communications Act 2003".
If you do not comply with the aforesaid, you may not use our sites. We shall not be legally bound by this Agreement, and reserves all our legal rights in relation to such non-compliance. You further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless On, our affiliates and our respective officers, directors and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of the use of our sites.

Changes
We reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted on our sites. Your continued use of our sites after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

We may terminate, change, correct any errors or omissions in any portion of our sites, make any other changes to our sites, the materials and the products, programs, services or prices (if any) described in our sites, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our sites, including the availability of any features of our sites, at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire sites without notice or liability. We may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above at any time and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all materials.

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyright, patents, know-how, confidential information, database rights, and rights in trademarks and designs (whether registered or unregistered) in our Sites are vested in us or our licensors.


Information provided by you

The Privacy Policy associated with our sites protects any personally identifiable information you may provide to us via our sites. However, you should not send any confidential or proprietary information to us via our sites.

You agree that any information or materials that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to us will not be considered confidential or proprietary. We reserves the right to, in our sole discretion, remove any information provided by you from our sites, including those placed on social networks such as on our Facebook page etc.


Personal Data Protection
We and our subsidiaries respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We have structured our websites so that, in general, you can visit us on the Web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information, with exemption in specific cases. We will not give, sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. We use personal information to understand better your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We take seriously the trust you place in us. As of this revision, IPer has not registered under this Act, as we do not hold or process personal data, however, when we do we will register in accordance with this Act and update this, Terms of Use Policy, with the registration details.

More information on how we use your personal data is available in our Privacy Policy. In case of registration you automatic agree with using and processing of your personal information. Personal information will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to delete them from our system.

Use of software
You may not:

  1. Use any device or software capable of interfering with the operation of our sites.
  2. Take any action, which imposes a disproportionately large or unreasonable load upon the infrastructure of our sites (such as sending mass emails - "spamming").

If we do not comply with our undertakings under this Agreement, we shall either correct the non-compliance or, at our option, terminate this Agreement by prior notice, posted on our web sites, to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this clause expresses your sole and exclusive remedy in relation to non-compliance by us.

General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and you with respect to your use of our sites. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of our sites must be commenced within one (1) month after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Third Party rights
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, a person who is not a party to this Agreement may not enforce any of its terms.

Jurisdiction Statement

Our sites are controlled, operated and administered by us from an undisclosed location in the United Kingdom. We make no representation that material at this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United Kingdom and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access our sites from locations outside of the United Kingdom, you do so, on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

We may revise or withdraw this Terms of Use Policy at any time and without notice and it is your responsibility to review the then-current Terms of Use Policy because they are binding on you.

Calls to us are rejected automatically if:
  • the caller withholds their number by using the United Kingdom prefix 141;
  • where the number is withheld by default or by the operator;
  • where the number cannot be determined, also known as unavailable;
